Here at the Refined Gardener©, we are so confident in our product line, that if for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase we will refund any purchase that does not meet the customer's expectations. Of course we don't expect that to happen very often (it hasn't happened yet!), but for the rare chance that it could, we want our customers to know they can buy from us with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you made from The Refined Gardener©, send an email to info@therefinedgardener.com with "RETURN" as the subject. Please indicate the reason for your lack of satisfaction, the product in question, and your personal information (such as name, address, contact information) and we will contact you about our return process. This usually involves you sending the product back to us and after it is recieved we will refund your purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. |
